Learn to survive the streets. You will study against the most common street vulnerabilities involving hair-grabs, choke-holds, and weaponry defense. Using movement, leverage, technique, timing, and pressure, the aim is to empower women of all ages and athletic ability. Our number #1 philosophy is to avoid altercations. Techniques will include:

  • Verbal aliterations
  • Breaking wrist grabs
  • Using back fists, elbows, knees, strikes, and kicks
  • Defending and applying choke-holds
  • Pin escapes
  • Weapon defense
  • Distance management
