The Adult BJJ program covers a range of styles and training levels. These classes are open to everyone and beginners are encouraged to test a little bit of every class. See individual class descriptions here

Women’s Self Defense

Join a group of women learning self defense by employing the techniques of BJJ and applying them to a variety of situations; including how to deal with and disarm weapons. Find out more information about the class here

Kid’s BJJ

Competition Training

Competition is not required to be apart of Oregon Pound but if the need or desire comes to really expand physical and mental boundaries make sure to check out the class! The news page contains information on upcoming competitions, you can attend as a competitor or as a supporting member
